Danae Goddard Ward – – Senior Product & Programme Manager, Pegasus Health

Danae is an experienced leader of collaborative teams and transformational change, spending the last 15 years working on strategic technology deliveries in complex political and governance settings with companies such as Spark New Zealand.  For the past 3 years, she has been based at Pegasus Health in Christchurch working for Canterbury District Health Board and the South Island Alliance, in a critical role that has overall ownership for the ground breaking and award-winning HealthOne Electronic Health Record, as well as programme accountability for the rollout of HealthOne across the South Island.  She is passionate about her role, her team, and the HealthOne product, and she immensely values working in health sector and being able to revolutionise New Zealanders’ healthcare through the change that she leads

 

Glyn Wilson – Software Programme & Product Manager, Pegasus Health

Current responsibility for the delivery of Sirrus PMS replacement programme and Product Owner for the Pegasus claims systems. Background as Product Manager at Spark NZ including the change for large IT replacement projects and business change and development.

 

Aaron Reid – Business Analyst, Pegasus Health

Currently lead BA on the Sirius PMS replacement programme and responsible for ensuring all clinical and business workflows are enabled and optimized for our first production site.  I have a broad commercial and technical background in supercomputing, telecommunications, as well as gas and electricity distribution networks

 

Rachael Page – Product & Programme Manager, Pegasus Health

Rachael has a strong background in project ownership, leadership and delivery of large programme objectives across multiple industries.  In 2013 Rachael joined Pegasus Health working within the South Island Health system, initially as a Senior Project Manager for the HealthOne Regional implementation and more recently as the Regional Programme Manager for eReferrals.  Under Rachael’s leadership the eReferrals programme has grown from a ‘GP to Hospital’ focus to include the wider complexities of referral management within the health system such as electronic triage, referrals from the hospital and provisioning community providers

 

Dr Andrew Hall- Director of Operations

Physician and company co-founder, Andrew is Intrahealth’s resident Mac champion overseeing the design and development of Profile for Mac for the New Zealand market.  Andrew is also responsible for the design and management of Intrahealth’s six data centres across New Zealand, Australia and Canada. Andrew is testament to the changing nature of the global workforce, residing in Vancouver, Canada

 

Craig Longstaff – General Manager Asia Pacific

Craig has been part of the Intrahealth team for over 10 years. After joining Intrahealth New Zealand in 2001 Craig was part of the management team that saw the expansion of Intrahealth into Australia and Canada. He has functioned in Technical, Project Management & Senior Management positions. In 2009 he moved from Canada to Sydney with his wife and took up a Senior Management position for another organisation.  In 2013 Craig re-joined Intrahealth as the General Manager for Asia Pacific. In that time he has grown the Australian and New Zealand team and customer base.  He is currently leading the New Zealand and Australian teams through a phase of staff growth and product enhancements to ensure that local market requirements are met.

 

Alessandra Ceriani – Application Analyst Team Leader

Alessandra currently manages the systems support analyst team across Australia and New Zealand. Her varied background during her long tenure at Intrahealth – which includes pre-implementation analysis and configuration, customer support, training, technical writing – gives her a solid understanding of the product. In her current roles Alessandra’s primary role is to ensure that the systems support analysis team runs smoothly and performs to the highest standards. The team is responsible for production installations, pre-implementation configuration and training, enterprise customers’ support and other advanced support duties.

 

 

James Penfold – Solution Architect

James has had involvement in all significant enterprise implementations for Intrahealth Asia Pacific over the past 15 years. He has provided both project and technical oversight for enterprise projects including Workers Compensation Claims, Auckland Regional Mental Health implementation and Plunket NZ.  James also held a key account management role for a diverse range of Intrahealth customers including: ADHB Diabetes, Community and Sexual Health, Maori Health Providers, RMIT and Justice Health Victoria.

 

Millie Gibbs – Senior Business Analyst

Millie has significant GP, Specialist, community and enterprise customer experience. As a long term analyst Millie understands the intricacies of the New Zealand and Australian health care markets. Millie has functioned in roles of Project Manager and Business Analyst for a number of projects throughout New Zealand and Australia

 

Wanda Somervell – Enterprise Implementation

With a wide range of experience including Account Management, Marketing, Software Implementation, Training and System Administration both in New Zealand and around Europe, Wanda works in a dual Analyst/Trainer role focusing on Enterprise Implementation.  She has enjoyed working on a variety of internal and client facing projects which have taken her far and wide to customer sites across Australia and New Zealand delivering training and growing knowledge of how Profile is used in a variety of settings

 

Thomas Matoe – System Support Analyst

Thomas joined Intrahealth in July 2015, after spending the three years prior working for Rotorua General Practice Group in IT support. He has a strong background in providing technical support to General Practice and Community Care users using Profile, including Enterprise and Accession installations.

 

Giselle Pascual – Business Analyst

Giselle joined the IntraHealth team at the beginning of 2017. Her professional background has been in Managed IT Services where she spent 5 years in System Administration, Software Implementation, Knowledge Management, Process Improvement and Training. Her educational background has been in Health Informatics, having completed a Post Graduate Diploma and a Master’s degree in Health Sciences with Health Informatics

 

Geoff Agnew – Business Analyst

Geoff joined the Intrahealth team at the end of 2016. He spent the first 10 years working for a UK investment bank as a Business Analyst. Originally from Northern Ireland, Geoff has been living in Sydney for the last 2 years.

 

Syed Raza – Business Analyst

Syed has been part of the Intrahealth for just over a year in our Sydney office. He brings a wide range of Business Analysis experience in various business sectors including Immigration Detentions, Financial sector, Education and now trying to master the Australian and New Zealand health sector with Intrahealth. He always thrives to learn new ways and best practices to approach the best possible solution to fulfil the customer expectations
